Novels & Other Books
Between 1938 and 1968 J K Stanford’s published books and articles covered many subjects. It is no surprise that as a member of the Colonial Service, as Soldier, Ornithologist and Countryman his works should include much drawn from his interests and experience.
Not only did JK write articles for Blackwoods Magazine, The Field and Shooting Times, but his Ornithological works were among the first to cover his subject in Northern Burma and Libya.
He wrote a number of factual books drawn from his personal experiences and he authored 12 novels.
